The Austin Lounge Lizards - January 14
The Austin Lounge Lizards are arguably the perfect pairing of their hometown’s slogan, “Live Music Capital of the World,” and its unofficial motto, “Keep Austin Weird.” Since 1980, the Lizards have been spoofing topics American families try to avoid at the Thanksgiving table: subjects like politics, religion, romance, and themselves.

Limeliters - February 11
For 60+ years the Limeliters have entertained standing-room-only crowds with their incredible musical talent and zany sense of humor. They first made their mark in folk clubs and on college campuses during the height of the folk music boom of the early 60′s, which led to numerous TV appearances. With different configurations over the years, the group has preserved their signature vocal sound. “If the Kingston Trio are the undergraduates of big-time folk singing, the Limeliters are the faculty.” - Time Magazine

Joe Jencks - March 9
Joe Jencks is an 25-year veteran of the international folk circuit, an award-winning songwriter, and celebrated vocalist based in Chicago. Merging conservatory training with his Irish roots and working-class upbringing, Joe delivers engaged musical narratives filled with heart, soul, groove and grit.

Ben Balmer - April13
The son of a classical pianist mother and a harmonica-playing father, music has been a constant for Ben Balmer. He started playing harmonica at 13 in his hometown of Ypsilanti, Michigan, and by 16 was playing guitar and performing club gigs across the region.

Grouchy Like Riley - May 11
Grouchy Like Riley is the project of a trio of some of Austin's best musicians, Marvin Dykhuis, Chip Dolan, and Danny Britt.

Danny Schmidt - September 7
Danny Schmidt is a force of nature: a blue moon, a hundred-year flood, an avalanche of a singer-songwriter. His songs are a flood of poetry, mythology, folk wisdom, and surprise."
- Matt Watroba, Sing Out! magazine
